01. When do you open delegate registration for the 2013 Festival?

Delegate registration will open on 01 September 2013.

02. When is the latest you can register as a delegate?

You can register right up until 15 October 2013.

03. When will I receive my confirmation letter?

In order for your registration to be processed, it is essential that you have paid your registration fee in full (including bank charges if you pay by bank transfer).

If you pay by bank transfer, please email your bank transfer confirmation, including the Delegate Reference Number (found in the subject header of your confirmation email), to delegates@siaf.net.

Once we have processed your registration, we will send your registration confirmation letter.

04. Is there an age limit to be able to register as a Young Lynx?

You must be aged 30 years and under (born after 13 March 1982) and send proof of age - e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence.

You will be able to upload your ID when registering on our website. This is the quickest and most convenient way of sending us your ID.

If it is not possible for you to upload your ID at the time of registering, then you can either upload it later or email it to delegates@siaf.net. However, we would strongly recommend that you upload your ID at the time of registering.

Please note we will be unable to process your registration until we have received your ID.

06. Is there an age limit to be able to register as a Young Marketer?

You must be aged 32 years and under (born after 13 March 1980) and send proof of age (e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence) and a letter of employment, confirming your job title.

You will be able to upload your proof of age (e.g. a copy of your passport of driving licence) and a letter of employment, confirming your job title, when registering on our website. This is the quickest and most convenient way of sending us your documents.

08. Is there an age limit to be able to register as a Student?

This registration package is available to students under 23 (born after 13 March 1989), enrolled in full-time education and who are not/have not been employed in the Advertising, Marketing, Communication or Design industries.

09. For the Student Registration?

For the Student Registration, should I send a copy of my passport / driving licence as proof of age?
You will be required to upload copies of the following documents when registering on our website:
Proof of age (e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence)
Student ID
Enrolment letter (confirming you are in full-time education)
This is the quickest and most convenient way of sending us your documents.

10. What is not included in the Student Package?

Attendance to the Awards Dinner and Ceremony is not included in the Student package.

11. What if I do not know the names of the delegates attending?

If you do not yet know the full details of those attending, you can still register the delegates. It will be possible to choose a registration type and the number of delegates you wish to register. They will appear as 'Name to Be Confirmed' from the Incomplete Registrations section and you will need to proceed to payment. Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the Completed Registrations section of your My Account area.

The off-line events of SIAF 2013 is planned to be held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the 03 to 06 of November 2013. We will prepare more profound and better programs in 2013!
